What is the WI Artisan Notebook?
Essentially, The Notebook captures the ideas, inspiration and interviews that power WI Artisan. We hope to create and curate home decor products that will influence the next iteration of West Indian interior design, but we’re learning as we go. As we interview historians, architects, designers and artisans, we’ll share their wisdom and stories. As we ponder what it means to live in the West Indies as a West Indian, we’ll share our thoughts and ideas. As we sketch and prototype new products, we’ll share the inspiration and process. As we imagine a modern West Indian interior design aesthetic, we’ll share the homes and styling tips of those who do it well.
We hope that peeking inside our notebook will inspire you to proudly showcase your West Indian heritage in your own homes.
